Pianist Schiff Announces October 7 Program

Pianist András Schiff has announced a program of Haydn and Beethoven for his October 7 recital at NEC's Jordan Hall, the first of four solo piano recitals in the 2005-2006 Celebrity Series season.

Beethoven, Sonata No. 62 in E-flat Major
Haydn, Variations in F minor, Hob. XVII:6
Beethoven, Sonata in C Major, Opus 53 “Waldstein”
